Aegis Enterprise LLC is a business formation, licensing and compliance
consultancy working with founders across all 50 United States. We
establish what a business actually needs, research the requirements
against the state's own published sources, prepare and submit the
filings, and track every deadline through to opening.
What we do

Business formation. LLC and corporation formation,
entity structure guidance, EIN, registered agent, and foreign
qualification when you operate in more than one state.

Licensing and permits. Working out which licenses,
registrations and permits a business needs, then obtaining them in
the right order. Professional, occupational, state and local.

Compliance and maintenance. Annual reports, license
renewals, compliance calendars, good standing restoration and
corporate records. Most businesses that lose a license lose it to a
missed date rather than a failed inspection.

Operational support. Policies and procedures,
staffing structure, background checks, inspection readiness and the
documentation a regulator asks to see.

Operations and SOP support. Once licensed, the
written policies and procedures, client and staff records, training
log and compliance calendar a licensed business has to run - set up
with the operator and documented so staff can follow them. Where a
policy must meet a legal standard, an attorney licensed in the state
confirms it.

Where we go deepest
Licensed care ventures carry the heaviest licensing burden we work
with, and it is the area where we can tell you what a state will ask
for before it asks. Everywhere else we bring the same process to a
lighter problem.

Home care agency. Non-medical home care and licensed
home health are different businesses with different burdens. We settle
which one you are building, then take you through the right license.

Group home. Residential care for developmental
disability, mental health or recovery populations. Licensing runs
through a state agency, but zoning is usually the real constraint.

Daycare. Child care and adult day services are
licensed separately. Both turn on ratios, square footage, background
checks and inspection, most of it checkable before you sign a lease.

Company formation. Entity, EIN, registered agent and
the registrations that follow. Where your business is unregulated this
is genuinely straightforward, and we will say so.

- Licensing roadmap. Every agency, application, inspection and approval in sequence, with indicative timelines and costs, and a plain verdict on viability.
- Formation and filings. Entity, EIN, registered agent and the license applications themselves.
- Readiness and opening. Policies, staffing structure and inspection preparation, up to the survey that lets you open.
